Looking for someone to take over my lease from August to July at Forest Lakes Student Housing minutes away from USF. All girls only & no pets. It is a with a private bedroom and bathroom, an in-unit washer and dryer, and it is fully furnished. You'll have the biggest room in the unit and will be on the 3rd floor. Don't have to be a student.

$ -Renters Insurance Due at Move In
$ -Utility Set Up Fee (One Time)
$ Trash, & $ Water Fee Due Upon Move In (will already be included in your monthly rent. This is just what my complex requires when you first move in.)
