This ad is for Santa Barbara housing only (not Goleta or Isla Vista). Prefer female roommate or family guesthouse. Would like to move by August 1st.

I’m a professional in s, Georgetown graduate, very considerate, style-minded with decor and mindful of needs, very clean, and pleasant to be around but also can keep to self. I do high profile corporate Executive Assistant work during the work week but am also a fashion photographer in spare time. Non-smoker, no parties (and go out of home for any social engagements), light clean cooking, and will take the most disciplined and gentlest of care with your space.

I’m looking for a furnished (preferably) or unfurnished charming, light-filled apartment, guest house, or cottage in SB proper.
I'm open to the living permutations: so a bedroom to rent (with 1 flatmate), full apartment to rent, temporary sublet, or a guesthouse/room in a larger family home all could potentially work.

I live in a small cottage in West Hollywood in LA right now. I’ve been living there for the past 3 years, but have been looking seriously for change of locale for the past month with more community/family, nature and tranquility around me. Santa Barbara is where I want to be.

My landlord will vouch for me if needed - timely payments and warm, responsible tenancy. And I’m flexible with furniture and lease terms at the moment.

*I do come with a small indoor tiny bengal/tabby - she’s quiet, clean, very cute and I get her groomed regularly. No kitty odor ever and overall wonderfully behaved.
