PhD Student at NCA&T Seeks Room

Hi! I’m an incoming Ph.D. candidate at North Carolina A&T State University looking for a room or apartment share within a short commute to campus. My budget is about $/month (utilities included), and I’m aiming to move in before the semester starts.

A bit about me: I’m easy-going, adaptable, and tend to spend most weekdays in the lab or studying in my room. I’m a super clean person and very pet friendly although I have none.
When I’m home, I’m happy to pitch in with cooking, cleaning, and any other chores, we all deserve a tidy, comfortable space. I’ve lived independently for the past ten years, both alone and with roommates, so I understand the importance of clear communication, shared responsibilities, and bills on time.
