Looking for 1 Female roommate!

Description

We are four female SCAD students looking for one other roommate. We already have a cat and a small dog, so no more pets. We keep a clean house and never have parties. We do not have a yard but the room does have a small balcony. It also has a closet and a connected bathroom. The bathroom is shared with one other
roommate. The rent is $ per month and comes with utilities. We do pay $ per month for WiFi as well. There is also a one time $ deposit when moving in.
