Looking for a clean, responsible female roommate to move into a -bathroom home on the Northside of Jacksonville.

You’ll be living with two women and two young children (ages 5 and almost 2), so we are looking for someone who is respectful, quiet, and mindful of a family environment.

Details:
• $/month (utilities included)
• Shared main bathroom with the children
• Room is unfurnished – must bring your own bed
• No outside visitors allowed (for safety reasons); exceptions may be made for female guests only, with notice
• Must be added to the lease ($ application fee for background check)
• No smoking or drugs allowed on the property

• Pays rent on time
• Is clean and considerate
• Will be a peaceful and drama-free addition to the home
