Roommate Wanted for August

Hi all! My lease ends July
but two of my current roommates (both female, early s, with one super well behaved dog) are interested in renewing so I am looking for someone to join the lease and take over my space starting August 1! The house is spacious, with a pool, and is located within a minute drive from ASU - West.

I am not sure if they will be changing how rent is divided, but I currently pay $/month + utilities (equal to $/month) for my bedroom+shared hallway bath. A new tenant would also be taking over my portion of the shared security deposit, paid directly to me and equal to $. You would get this back (minus any charges) from the leasing company at the end of the new lease. I have attached the Zillow listing with pictures, but please reach out for an in-person meeting/tour/opportunity to talk about additional details.
