Hi, my name is Andrew. I am a -year old professional. I have another roommate named Taylor. We are looking for someone close to our age in their late s. It’s a quiet, working class neighborhood in south Austin minutes from downtown. We have 1 cat in the house and she’s a doll.
The downstairs has a half bath and there is a back porch to go along with the backyard.
As for us - we are very easy going and calm. One of us has a pretty normal schedule and the other is in music and travels somewhat frequently. We are both very liberal guys and would prefer a roommate with the same values and grasp on reality.
Overall the house is great. Quiet neighborhood and we have a shady backyard.
We are past the throwing house parties phase of our lives but love a good bar. Just two guys well into their careers looking for a 3rd roommate for cheap rent. You literally can’t lose probably
