Heyy, I’m listing my room for rent and that’s the details below.

It’s a 2 bed room apt , each room has its own bathroom and closet, its a semi furnished apartment so there is a washer, dryer and kitchen appliances installed, there is a also a pool, gym , club house, and a dog park, and it also has access to a lot of nearby restaurants, bars and grocery stores, and min away from downtown, the apt also has a balcony.

My roommates name is libby and she’s , she’s a very nice person, very sweet and always takes care of the people around her, and also very clean so you won’t have any issue with her regarding cleanness, she also has Jacobi 🐶, and he’s probably the worst thing about moving out, I’m gonna miss him so much.

We pay + utilities so thats around each, and for the lease, it will be extended for another year in September.
