Looking for a roommate to share this beautiful 3 bedroom house with! The ideal candidate will be in their s and working or going to school full time. Must be clean, respectful, and able to maintain common spaces. Most of the house will be furnished already, but there will be room to add some furniture in common areas as well as a huge basement for storing unused items. You'll have a private bedroom with a shared bathroom. Washer and Dryer hookups are available and I plan on purchasing units in the next month. All utilities are in my name and will be split equally every month (estimated at an extra $ per person/per month). The lease is a 1 year lease which you will have to sign with the property manager after being approved thru application. Looking to have someone move in immediately but no later than August 1st.
