just want a clean kitchen+bathroom

Hi, I just moved to the area in May from North Carolina. I am just looking for a somewhat clean, respectful roommate. My monthly budget is around , and I try not to really be seen/heard. I work as a Project Manager for a low voltage construction company, and my hours generally fall between pm. I'm super easy to deal with as all i ask is that common areas arent pig-stys, and to not have bugs. please reach out if you have any other questions.
