Couple seeking a room to rent asap

Couple (M), currently seeking a
room to rent ASAP, as we’ve been staying in hotels for the past few months and it’s become very, very expensive.

Ideally, we’d like to rent month to month, if at all possible, as we’re waiting to accrue pay stubs in order to qualify for renting an apartment. However, we are also open to longer leases, if need be.

I’m self employed (F), and am able to provide proof of income showing that we’re more than financially capable of making rent, on time, every time.

I have my daughter sporadically during the summers & spend all of the days/nights I have her at my mom’s house in Cypress, so I will only be at the house we’re renting in about of the time.

We don’t ever have guests & keep to ourselves. We’re courteous to everyone in the house, meaning that we clean up after ourselves & follow any and all rules. FYI, my husband is notorious for doing any dishes left in the sink, whether their ours or not :)

We’ve previously rented a room in a house that we shared with 7 other tenants, so we’ve had plenty of experience with sharing common spaces, and is also the reason for keeping our belongings, opinions, relationship, etc. to ourselves. We *DESPISE* drama on a serious note, thus we do any and everything in our power to steer clear of anything that could possibly lead to any kind of issues with our housemates, as well as address anything that could potentially lead to a negative situation immediately, in a calm & open manor.

We have no prior evictions and will both pass background checks.
