About the Space:

• All bedrooms are located upstairs
• First floor includes: full bathroom, living room, kitchen, small dining area, and in-unit washer & dryer
• Upstairs has another full bathroom shared between the rooms
• Parking: two assigned stalls, a nearby open parking lot just up a short flight of stairs, and two designated guest spots

• Utilities: not included, typically range from $ per person/month

• Move-in: Room available immediately

About Us:
We’re two mid-s working professionals who are clean, respectful, and laid-back. We both work fairly opposite schedules, so we’re rarely home at the same time, but we’re always friendly and social when we cross paths. We’re looking for someone with a similar mindset—clean, chill, respectful, and easy to live with.
