Looking for a female roommate

My best friend and I are looking for a roommate in the Rancho Cucamonga area. It’s a three bedroom apartment the room we are renting is $ plus utilities which is electricity, water, trash and WiFi which usually adds up to around $. Background check and credit check is required through leasing agency. Move in could be as soon as this weekend. We both work full time jobs, basically never home. When we are home we usually hang out in our backyard which the storage room that we have leads to the pool/barbecue/Jacuzzi. We drink occasionally, smoke occasionally. Yeah we don’t have kids both single woman. I have a dog that comes over times a week. He stays at his grandparents house lol .
