Room is fully furnished with queen bed, stand up/sit down desk, dresser, night stand, and TV upon request. All linens and towels are supplied so you are move in ready! Full use of kitchen and common areas. I just want a good roommate that will treat my home respectfully and enjoy the space.
I have been renting to traveling nurses and healthcare professionals on and off for the last years, so I am very accustomed to sharing my home with another tidy, respectful professional. I am a female marketing professional. I am tidy, fairly quiet, and easy to get along with. When I am not working, I enjoy playing beach volleyball, practicing hot yoga, gardening, reading, watching shows, and hanging out with my well behaved small dog named Max.

Rental includes onsite garage parking. There is a laundry room in the complex.
