Hey there! We’re three millennials
looking for a new roommate to join our laid-back but responsible household in Palm Desert, CA.

This is a cozy, welcoming space where everyone does their part to keep things clean, peaceful, and drama-free. If you’re friendly, independent, and just want a stable place to call home — we might be your people. We’re LGBTQIA+ inclusive, - and alcohol-friendly, and respect each other’s need for space and downtime. Humor, good communication, and basic adulting skills go a long way here.

• No security deposit
• Shared bathroom
• Available now — August 1st move-in preferred, but we’re flexible! If you need to move in earlier, we’re happy to prorate July’s rent accordingly.
• Plenty of street parking
• Room comes unfurnished — bring your own aesthetic!

• IMPORTANT: utility cost fluctuates. ⬆️ during summer & ⬇️ during

• Includes: Electricity, Water, Gas, Trash, Internet/Wi-Fi, and Gardeners

• Spacious shared living room and kitchen
• Chill backyard
• Occasional house dinners or movie nights (if you’re into that!)
• We’re not clean freaks, but we do value regular tidiness and mutual respect

• Works full-time or has a stable routine
• Friendly, but mostly does their own thing
• Must love pets (we have 1️⃣ sweet dog & 2️⃣ cats, so preferably no additional pets unless they’re small or get along with ours
)
• Someone who respects quiet hours, shared spaces, and doesn’t ghost on responsibilities
• Open to any gender or identity — LGBTQIA+ welcome
