Hey there! I’m looking for a new roommate to share a lovely home in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

About the House:
The space available includes one unfurnished bedroom AND an additional bonus room (great for a home office, creative studio, or just extra space to spread out). Both rooms open directly onto a cute little patio with a lemon tree, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the sun. You’ll have your own private bathroom with a shower/tub combo as well!

The house itself is awesome: it’s in a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to the freeway, Safeway, and lots of great restaurants. Inside, we’ve got in-unit laundry, A/C and central heating, a fireplace, a 2-car garage with extra parking, and even a huge wine fridge! :) The downstairs/common area is partially furnished with a couch, TV/TV stand, and dining table, but I am open to other furniture being brought in as well!

The backyard is a total highlight with beautiful flowers, citrus trees, and a swing. It’s super peaceful and a great spot to unwind.


About Me:
I’m an elementary school teacher in my twenties, and I live here with my small dog, Alfred. He’s a chihuahua-maltese mix, super sweet and playful. I love hiking, beach days, spending time with friends, watching movies, and cooking (or at least trying to!).

At home, I’m generally clean and laid-back. I really value keeping the common spaces tidy and respectful, and I always clean up after myself. I occasionally have a few friends over and like to go out on some weekends, but I also enjoy a calm, cozy home vibe during the week.

I’m looking for a roommate who’s also clean, communicative, and respectful of shared spaces who wants to create a friendly and comfortable place to live. If that sounds like you, I’d love to connect! :)
