Very safe and secure. Key fob entry and coded apartment doors. Central air and heat. Shared bathroom with two sinks. Toilet and shower/tub in separate room. North facing windows. Lots of natural light.

See attached pictures. Pets accepted ($ deposit). Washer/dryer hook-up but no washer/dryer currently – you can bring yours. 2 minute walk to Perfect Cuts butcher shop. 5 minute drive / walk to Smith’s Supermarket, restaurants, coin-laundry, and doctors. Couples ok.

Me, quiet + man. Single. Work two jobs. Not home a lot. I like to cook - fully stocked kitchen. You can use pots, pans, dishes, etc. Very clean. No TV and very little furniture in the apartment – so there’s room for your furniture. Option to take over lease if interested (huge cost savings ~$ month).
Dog park- - fenced in. Access to community space – fire pit, sauna, propane bbq grills, and outdoor seating area.

NON-SMOKING apartment complex. Smoking allowed outside of complex perimeter.
