Moving from Ohio to L.A.

Description

Hey there! I am moving from Ohio to L.A. and will be in town on July 1st to look at rooms for rent. I'm hoping to find a place in the Valley. I hope to be settled in the room by July th. Budget is $ (not including utilities), but am willing to go as high as $ if absolutely necessary. I'm open to co-ed living, pets, and a shared bathroom. I prefer clean spaces (but can live with messy), I'm respectful and communicative, and I'm considerate (especially with noise).

I'm a film school graduate with experience working on set as a production assistant, boom mic operator, and background actor. I'm also a musician (bass player and vocalist), as well as a writer (articles and essays on film/tv/music/gaming; poetry/lyrics; starting to write screenplays). I enjoy going to concerts and movies, playing videogames, shooting hoops, chillin in my room watching t.v., and socializing with friends.

I have a proper savings in place to make ends meet while I hunt for steady work to pay the bills (I'm already appying to jobs in the hospitality and retail sectors). I'll be pursuing my dream of successfully breaking in to the film and television industries. I also hope to find/start a band, and maybe gain some writing work on the side. I have a good credit score and a clean background.
