Clean&quiet home w/community pool!

Hi there. There is 2 rooms available, one right now and the other when the lease renews August 1st. If interested, let me know when you'd like to move in and for how long.

This is a very nice, quiet and clean neighborhood. I like it so much that I've lived here 3 years going on 4. We have a lovely community pool I teach swimming lessons in.

We're looking for someone respectful, clean, and conscious. I have 1 cat that is friendly towards other cats and dogs. We have room for only 1 more pet.

Utilities are $ each person ( Fiber, garbage/recycling, water, electricity.)
