Beautiful area, beautiful space.

I have a one bedroom for rent in a shared space. I am a professional and this space does come with a dog and cat so
there will be cute pets. My son also lives here. I am looking for a responsible professional or student. We are right near JWU culinary campus. This area is highly populated but also quiet. Preferably a female but I will consider other options. I am asking $ that includes rent, utilities, WiFi. There is one off street parking space for you. I looking for someone who is not looking to have parties. Small gatherings is fine of course.
