Hi! We are ISO 1 more girl to join our home in Newport, available September for a 6-month lease (perf for a semesterly basis). The apartment is the whole first floor of a house (ba). The common areas in the house are fully furnished & cozy. It’s a really great location near 1st beach/the Tennis Hall of Fame/ the Cliff Walk! Your portion of rent, utilities included, is $, ways). Our 3rd roomie is moving out as early as August, so your move-in date can be flexible.

About us:
Lauren: mid-s policy professional who works from home. I graduated from UVA and like shopping, being outside (walking/hiking), reading, and pilates. When I’m not exploring, I’m prepping for grad school admissions.
Gabby: Early-s sailor and URI grad. She likes to cook at home, enjoys movies/shows after work, concerts, and hanging out with friends. She has the sweetest bf who hangs out with us sometimes.

We’re organized (split chores and stepping up with dishes/supplies), but aren’t super strict about little things. We’re looking for a female roommate in her s who likes to do stuff together, but is also okay with nights in/own separate plans. Just 2 chill girls who are respectful, mindful, and easy to communicate with, and want someone like that. If that sounds like you pls message me!
