I am looking for one female roommate to move in starting August 1st (dates may be flexible). The apartment is located in Fullerton, CA. It is a bth. I am in one of the bedrooms 🙂

- fwy is right around the corner!
-5 min drive to Downtown Fullerton
- min drive to CSUF and HIU

-Assigned parking spot
-Gym/Pool/Jacuzzi/Tennis Court
-Multiple laundry rooms around complex -Most utilities not included but range from a total of $ depending on usage
-Room will be unfurnished and the rest of the apartment will be furnished.

I am looking for someone who is clean, reliable, and respectful of one another’s boundaries and space.
