Hey everyone! I’m subleasing my private room in a spacious BA apartment at Bond Street for the summer.
Dates: July 4 – September
Rent: $/month (half of total rent)
Location:  Bond St – great spot near Calpoly and a minute walk from the Recreation center.
Room: Private single room
Bathroom: Shared with one other roommate

 Includes common space + kitchen

 Utilities + WiFi not included in rent
