Hello! I am currently looking for someone (male around ) to take over my lease at the Polo Club. It is a bath layout. You would be taking over the one downstairs room. (The one in the video) The guys I live with are easy to get along with and I’m sure whoever would maybe take the room would have a fine job getting along with them. Rent is usually $ish AFTER utilities. WiFi is included. Amenities include a gym, pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and a basketball court. More can be seen on the Polo Club Athens .
