I’m looking for a responsible, working professional to rent a room in my beautiful, fully furnished -bath luxury apartment in UTC La Jolla.

• Your bed & bath is somewhat separate from the other part of the home (more privacy)

• Fully furnished common areas

Important Note:
I’ll be away for approximately months so you'll have the whole apartment to yourself during the time. While I’m gone, you’ll be responsible for covering your own utilities.

A Few Things to Know:
• This is a family-friendly space, so while my son (9) and I won’t be home the entire time for the months, I ask that the environment remains peaceful and respectful

• No pets
• One person only
• Must be able to sign a lease
