Lease Takeover at the Mark Tucson

I am looking for a girl to take over my lease at the Mark Tucson. Its on a good side of campus less than a mile from ENR2, they offer a shuttle to campus. There is a gym and a pool-top deck as well as study rooms, and package lockers. The parking is gated and the outside doors lock at night. The other 3 roomates are really sweet college girls. It is pet friendly, but there is an upcharge. There are also community events that are hosted- perfect for making friends! It also is fully furnished (includes kitchen supplies). There is an in unit washer and dryer, and the beds are full-sized. If you want to see the exact unit you can schedule a tour to see, but I don't move in unit August th.
