Hey every rooms available for rent in the Bellevue Ranch area, just a quick 7-minute drive from campus. Rent is $ per month plus utilities, and I'm offering a discounted deposit of only $. Move in day is flexible and can move in any day of July.

I'm ideally looking for female renters, but I'm not super strict about it, what matters most is finding clean, respectful housemates who tidy up after themselves. The house is pet-friendly, especially for cats or animals that are used to being around them, since there are already a couple of friendly cats living here.

The home is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave, so you’ll have everything you need.
