Laundry use is included on the 2nd floor of the home. Studio is fully furnished and utilities are included (wired internet, TV with amazon prime & netflix). The studio is at the height of the AFrame structure. My son is and comfortably used the space for a couple weeks. Min. 6 month lease and $ refundable deposit (this is a new home and immaculate). 3 months verifiable income via paystubs. Roommates on the second floor include a travel nurse and two teachers. The home is on the water in Huntington Harbor and you will have access to the water (bring your paddleboard and/or surfboard) and the ocean is across the street (Pacific Coast Highway). The location of the home is in a Sunset Beach which is a small safe community where we all know each other with plenty of venues along Pacific Coast highway for restaurants and live bands. On the weekends we cruise around on bikes and enjoy all this area has to offer!!
