Non-smokers & no vaping please, even outdoors, as I'm allergic.

PETS & B/C CHECK - management co. has agreed to allow a roommate if you can pass their b/g check (no criminal history - lease will remain in my name only), and they require a non-refundable pet deposit and monthly pet rent.

$ refundable deposit to me & mo.-to-mo. standard lease agreeing to a -day move-out notice. ($ refundable if you have a pet, but must provide proof of full vaccinations & mo. flea preventative).
