House for rent (flatmate) needed

Looking for a guy to move in with me. (Rental) Really nice house in Jordan Springs min from Penrith Station. Excuse the photos, it will be nice and clean and stay that way once you move in.

- you'll get a bedroom and your own bathroom with a bath + heaps of parking + a big kitchen + a spare room is also in the house for storage and what not
- Reserve view, quiet street, trees and kangaroos adjacent to the house, not more houses
- very respectful and nice, a cool dude with a cool car and stuff, really chill and understanding, non smoker too.
- you will have your own really nice bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet
- Fully furnished all you need is a bed and a couch for spare room tv nothing else, can grab them 2nd hand for near nothing
- Plenty of parking
- Really modern, large and nice house.
- good front and back yards closed off
- no pets like cats or dogs, i have a coral reef in the lounge that you'll love, and 2 cute little birds. If you have something smaller i will consider
- must have a stable income for security please
- must verbally agree to stay for at least 6 months however i understand things change. respectful. The longer the better.
- rent $ / week + some expenses on occasion 😊
