Roommates wanted July 1st!

Dog-friendly home with flexible yearlong lease.
I'm looking for one more person to renew my lease with in the Harvey Park area of Denver for the upcoming year.
The home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large fenced backyard, and a front and back porch.
The remaining bedroom has a closet and a shared bathroom with cabinet space. There is also a decent sized shed in the backyard with lots of room for storage. The house has a brand new driveway with space for 3 cars, as well as street parking in front of the house.
The house is air conditioned with built in laundry, and with multiple new appliances installed recently (a brand new dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, range, and toilet).
I'm looming for someone who is clean, kind, and trustworthy.
The move in date is July 1st!
