ISO Furnished & Pet friendly House

hi there!
Seeking a 3 bedroom home that is pet friendly 🐶
We’ll be entering our 2nd year in forestry program at Selkirk College so we’re looking for furnished 3 bedroom home from Sept to end of April months), furnished would be best but we’d be open to bedrooms not being furnished.
*For right place, we’d be open to start renting mid-August to secure a place.*
Garret, Maria and myself (Vanessa) have made a pros and cons list to renting to us:
PROS:
-we keep a VERY tidy home (previous cleaning business experience, NBD😏)
-we have great rental references, that’s including pet references as well
-we’re respectful, responsible, and genuinely care about the space we live in
-we’re students… but not the party kind. More like the “make bread, get excited about plants and study maps” kind.
-we genuinely don’t mind if yard work is required
CONS:
-we are aggressively polite. Expect thank-you notes, baked goods
-sometimes I rearrange furniture for better feng shui.. I promise I’ll put it back when we move out
-may become emotionally attached to your house and cry when we leave 🥲
Oh, did I mention we each have a dog? (2 total) Stevie & Beau 🐶 🐶
Yeah, that’s usually the “catch” with rentals—but hear us out: our well-behaved dogs come with references too. They’re both in their nap and walk on a strict routine era. Just two mature, mellow dogs who fully embrace the art of the chill.
