Looking for a roommate

Hi everyone,
My name is Fernando Bulnes, and along with Pepe Miralles, we're looking for a roommate for the upcoming school year - from August to May
. We're both on the EKU tennis team and live in a house that's just an 8-minute walk from the Wallace Building. The room available comes with a private bathroom, and the house is fully equipped with everything you need - kitchen appliances, washer/ dryer, Wi-Fi, etc. You'd just need to furnish your own bedroom.
We're looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and easy to live with. The house is a calm and organized environment, perfect for a student who values a quiet and comfortable space while being close to campus. We both have busy athletic and academic schedules, so we take care of the space and are hoping to find someone with a similar mindset.
