Free room and board for nanny

Hi, my name is Jennifer. I am a -year old professional. I am looking for an active student to exchange room and board for live-in nanny services.

The room is in Iowa City and will be available on August 1st.
The monthly rent is $ fully refundable deposit


Details:
- I have a 3 year-old and live a very liberal lifestyle.
- primary need is for evening and weekend assistance plus occasional full-time care when I travel.
- we have 2 large/medium sized dogs
- it is a 4 bedroom multi-level home with the room being on the second level
- we're just relocating to the home/area so will be doing extensive home renovations which will cause some associated disruptions (noise/mess - no displacement)
- you will have your own room and access to the entire house, including yard, internet and all utilities.
- you will be responsible for your own food and personal items, including bedroom furniture

Requirements:
- must be an actively enrolled student (preferably in a medical or education program)
- must have driver's license and good driving record
- must have experience working with children and understanding their needs (either personally or professionally)
- must be able to engage in active lifestyle in order to keep up with toddler energy, including providing age-appropriate activities and outings
- background check and personal references required
- diversity encouraged, second language a plus
- ,must keep living spaces clean and participate in general home up-keep


There will be an initial 3-month period of month-to-month lease, in order to ensure compatibility, with an option to extend to 6-month lease upon agreement
