Own a home near Anschutz and looking for a tenant(s)/roomie after July rd (flexible on dates). Also work in healthcare at the hospital. Have a very nice peaceful home with my year old pup Hugo. Active and do most of the CO things, travel a lot, and stay very busy. Have had lovely experiences sharing my space over the past 2 years mostly with travel nurses and physicians training at the hospitals close by. Dog friendly. 2 car garage. Fenced in back yard. Finding the right person and fit is important to me and ideally looking for at least 3 month lease but opened to shorter/longer if feels like a good fit!
