2 Rooms available after JULY

Description

I have 2 rooms available to rent out for short term stay and long term stay.
The household is primarily female so we would like to look for another female tenant only at this time.
(Military preferred)

Both rooms are partially furnished and one of the rooms has a mini fridge with a small tv.
Shared spaces would be the living room, kitchen, garage/laundry room, upstairs and downstairs bathroom.
