I am seeking someone who
can co-sign lease which starts from September .You will be staying in an amazing bathroom at the Rise Pine Hills in Downtown Albany (you will have your own bed and bath), a balcony, in-unit laundry, storage unit, and covered parking.

Amenities of the building also include a Yoga Flex Studio, a gym, communal kitchen and living space, meeting rooms, your own mailbox and Amazon Lockers for online orders, packages, or Amazon orders. A pretty modern apartment complex. You also have a very responsive apartment management team and repair technician (super nice people trust me!). All of these come with your rent already 😊

Around the area, there are food spots along Madison Avenue from pizza to various cuisine grocery stores and food chains, basketball courts and play areas, barber shops and salons, Washington State Park (very spacious, green, and amazing to walk around in) and more! The apartment is also near a Market , Madison Theatre, gas stations, the Empire State Plaza and so many places to go around during your free time.
