Looking for a Roommate!

Description

The room is ’ and is upstairs, shares a (super big) bathroom with Josie. The room has super cute wallpaper for an accent wall and a deep closet. The kitchen is super nice with pretty new appliances + in unit washer+dryer and the house has AC/heat. There is a back porch and backyard but we haven’t done much to it. We have plenty of parking — we share a mini lot in front of the house with the downstairs 1 bedroom and the new unit going up next to us, plus street parking if preferred.

Water - $ each per month
Trash - $/month each, we are billed every 3 months
Electric - varies by usage per time of year so it can range from super low at around $+ depending on AC usage
