Description

Lease: month to month lease with utilities, wifi, maid, and supplies included in the cost. $ total to move in to cover $ first month rent + $ refundable security deposit (deposit can be used as last month rent on move out).

Room/House: private ' room with built in closet. Rooms are individually keyed to lock your belongings and have privacy. Bathroom is shared with one other. AC ran at mb/s WiFi available. Many supplies provided including towels, toilet paper, soap, cleaning sprays, wash pods, softener, and dryer sheets.

Maid: public areas are cleaned and kept up as needed at owners expense. Dishwasher and drying rack unloaded as needed at owners expense. Must rinse/load your own dishes, pick up after your own room and yourself.

Nearby: community pool and field right across the street. Countryside Park includes basketball courts, baseball, soccer, tennis, and a pet park. Close to Village Square at Dana Park. Valley Metro Light Rail close by at Gilbert & Main.
