My name is Miranda, yr old female.

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a bath apartment in San Rafael for three months (ASAP to September th)! It's a private bedroom with a shared bathroom across the hall. If you're interested, there'll also be an opportunity to take over the lease after my housemates and mine end on September th. Our entire apartment will be rent controlled at $/month.

Amenities:
There's an in-unit washer+dryer, balcony, two cats, free parking, a communal pool and gym. Kitchen is decked out with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and pantry.

My roommates:
You'll be living with a couple (MF) and a grad student (F), all in their mid s. They're all really nice and tidy. Everyone's planning on staying until their lease ends in September, after which you'll be able to take over the apartment, if you'd like.

Monthly rent:
$ + utilities (~$) + wifi and PG&E (~$)

Location:
Close to the Freeway (great for commuting to Dominican University and nearby areas), next to McInnis Park, and a minute drive to Downtown San Rafael.
