Furnished room for rent!

Hi All! My name is Ollie (F) and me and my partner Sean (M) are looking for a new roommate! It is a 2 bedroom apartment with bathrooms. Townhome is on the west side of town by the drive in theater. Rent is $ and that includes all utilities, internet, covered parking space. There are two cats living here that are very friendly. Because of limited space there are no more pets allowed. Fenced in front and backyard, outside storage and crawl space storage. There is good guest parking. Washer/dryer and AC/heat. LGBTQ+ friendly! Move in date July 1.

Bedroom for rent is fully furnished with a queen sized bed with matress cover, dresser, bookcase, and spacious closet. Cats have not spent much time in room and are fine locked out of it. Not able to move current furniture out.

Sean and I are both pretty introverted and don’t have people over very often. We both work nights/weekend. Both of us are trying to get back into school at CSU. We’re both pretty clean and would prefer to have someone clean as well.
