Room for rent :)

Hi There,

I am looking to rent out a bedroom in this house. The place has 3 bedrooms, the main one my partner and I share, 1 bedroom that has been rented out, and a final room up for rent. We are looking for a young professional who is clean and quiet to rent the final room.

There is a shared bathroom. The rent for the place is $, not including utilities, which are split evenly among all tenants. Wifi and parking are also included.

We have 3 cats, all of whom are friendly and sweet. This is also an LGBTQ+ friendly space.
