Looking for roommate; west side

Description

I have a hybrid work schedule and a miniature schnauzer (house trained; 2 years old and loves cuddles). I like to keep my space tidy and clean. I have a lot of furniture which we could use or I could sell/store beforehand. LA has always been home and I’m very close with my family and friends. Some of my hobbies/interests include riding my bike, hiking, paddle boarding, snowboarding, fishing, game nights, and theme parks. I’m a professional and looking for a similarly situated roommate. I don’t mind guests etc but I always like a heads up, especially if there’s any last-minute cleaning to do.
