Looking for roommate or sublease

Hey, I have graduated from Virginia Tech recently and I am moving to Austin by end of July.
I’m hoping to find a place that feels lively and connected, ideally in or near Downtown Austin, where I can walk around, explore, and be around people.

A few things I’m prioritizing:
• Vibrant, social neighborhood — walkable to cafés, parks, gyms
• Buildings with good amenities (gym, rooftop, lounge, pool, etc.)
• Young professional energy — not too isolated or overly corporate
• Open to BHK (happy to consider a roommate setup)
