Looking to rent a room

Description

I have a townhouse with two bedrooms that have their own private bathrooms. I am renting out the big bedroom that has a spacious bathroom with a lot of storage space as well as two closets. There is a half bathroom downstairs in the common area. Laundry is in between the rooms. I have two small dogs, Christopher and Chocolate Chip Cookie so I’d prefer no more animals (unless you’re getting a goldfish or something lowkey). I just moved into the house so there are a lot of boxes and clutter currently, but have professional cleaners and organizers coming to mitigate that. I am in the military and also a student. The house is -minutes from both Fort Carson and Pikes Peak State College. There is a running trail in the back of the home that leads to a park. It is LGBTQ+ friendly with added security (ADT). I just had it newly renovated with new vinyl floors and brand new carpeting. Parking, internet and utilities are included in the price.
