Marborough Room for rent

Anyways, I'm a cis white male (), with a room with it's own bathroom for rent in Marlborough. $ is fine but a little more would be better, especially because I'll be covering internet and electricity. I have 2 cats and I need someone who loves cats. This is a must. I am ultra paranoid about them getting out and need someone who has had indoor cats they've loved to death and who will be very aware about closing the front door and not opening screens. The only caveat to having your own bathroom is either dealing with a litter box in there are letting me deal with a litter box in there.

Kitchen is equipped with too much equipment quite frankly but almost anything you need is there. No in unit clothes washer/dryer, but there is onein building. Another thing is I've never really done anything with the living room, so you can do whatever you want with that. Place is also very near shopping, including grocery

I will say up front I'm a slo. I can adjust to a degree to the needs of another person but if you're a neat person then look elsewhere. Other living with me stuff: I am a Hermit and stay in my room mostly. I also don't go out much. Not very social other than two friends who come over every other week or so. I currently live off savings. I also likely snore

Interest wise I am a geek. One advantage to living here is you'll be in geek hog heaven with the sheer amount of games, movies and comics. Also have a ton of stupid toys including a technodrone. And there's also a piano and an electric pinball machine. Also love music and mostly am into metal and electronica

Politicswise I'm extremely left wing...like progressive left wing. these days I mostly just complain on bluesky for obvious reasons while being depressed by all news. I can be ignorant sometimes but I don't mind being corrected. I try to be the best ally I can be but I'm also an idiot. Also I am quite friendly
