Hello! My name is Crystal, and I am looking for a roommate. I have an unfurnished apartment and i’m moving in by August.

What I am Looking for 📌
I would preferably like a young woman adult who is attending pittsburgh like I am- but I could be flexible!

-3 bedrooms available. So I would have my own room. Technically I only want one roommate because I would love to keep the extra room as a closet or study room to share. I can be flexible with that as well.

- Total Rent is $ . Extra Utilities to pay for a re a flat rate of $ for gas and water. Then we additionally have to pay for electric which he said most we would pay for is .
-Cats are an extra $ a month, with a $ refundable deposit (I am personally getting a cat but don’t have one yet 🧏🏽‍♀️)
-Security Deposit is - I already paid my half whenever you apply you would send the other half straight to the agent.

I am . I like to be social but have my nights in, I am a UPitt Student who will be majoring in Urban Studies. I like to be a little social but I would say I am pretty laid back.
