I'm a Reiki Master/Spiritual Teacher looking for a kind and quiet, non-smoking person to rent my comfortable lower-level furnished bedroom with a private entrance. There is a full refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker in the storage area off the bedroom. First floor use is available with prior consent for the laundry. Utilities are included and you have use of the spacious lower-level living area where once or twice a month I may hold classes. There is cable TV and Internet included along with ample street parking. No couples and no pets. LGBQT friendly.
