Aviva apartments in Mesa are Luxury apartments with so many beautiful amenities are included with the apartment. In the apartment we have a new updated Washer and Dryer in unit, a walk in closet, and a large bathtub in the shower. Amenities outside of the apartment would be our 2 gorgeous pools, a newly renovated gym, a beautiful club house and a dog park in the complex. I am looking for a sublease takeover for my room, the one circled in the floor layout. The lease ends in October, but can be renewed. I have lived here for 2 years now and love it, the management is very friendly and there are multiple maintenance workers, so they are able to work on requests fixes within hours of being notified. I have loved living here, I am only leaving due to wanting to move in with my partner. Can leave furnished or unfurnished! I don’t have on this app, if you are interested please message me on
