Private room in the back of the garage with private (side entrance).
Shared bathroom inside home (spare bathroom shared with visits, no other tenants).
The person would have space available for their use
(in the spare fridge and freezer).
Also, access to the kitchen (we prefer light use).
Utilities included
Parking is available in the street (enough space, no problem at all).
The room comes with a queen-size bed, nightstand, sofa, and a dresser with drawers.
